Thank You Parents!

On February 11, parents of the Theatre I and II students were invited to come to classroom #215 to watch their students perform their OPEN-ENDING ACTING SCENES in costume and with props. All of the students did so well and even better having a live parent-based audience to perform in front of! I just want to thank all of the parents, grandparents and younger siblings who took the time to support the Dixon Theatre Program! Students couldn't do what they do without an audience so THANK YOU for coming and giving them such great feedback! 

Parents- another performance opportunity is coming up within the next week. The student are currently rehearsing short play THE CROOKED MOUTH FAMILY based on a folktale that comes from my own family history. I will send a flyer home with them soon announcing the date and time you can come watch them perform this 5-7 minute production. It is short and sweet but a really fun production for younger siblings to watch and enjoy. We hope to see you again in the classroom! Thanks again for your support!
